Shift is looking for a highly engaged, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Accounts Payable Professional. In this role, you will be required to work 15-20 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities

- Accounts payable for multiple entities
- Project costing accounts payable
- Credit card reconciliations
- Assist in reconciliations as required
- General office tasks
- Other duties as required

- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, growth mindset, and team-first attitude, with a willingness to support tasks of all sizes.
- Maintains the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Experience in accounts payable across multiple entities or projects is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and QuickBooks experience, is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to work accurately with documentation.
- Enthusiastic about contributing across multiple areas of the business and supporting evolving business needs.
