Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full contract lifecycle for executed agreements
• Implement purchasing policies and ensure proper tendering

Requirements:
• Degree in business administration or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in procurement
• Experience in IT procurement in public sector preferred
• Skilled certification in supply management is an asset
