Become a vital part of the Township of Oro-Medonte as a full time Municipal Law Enforcement Officer. Engage with the community, ensuring compliance with by-laws while delivering exceptional customer service.

In this crucial role, you'll report to the Supervisor of Municipal Law Enforcement, executing by-law enforcement, education, and compliance activities. Your responsibilities include investigating complaints, preparing court documentation, and working closely with residents and businesses. You will demonstrate excellence in service while promoting community standards and public safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and enforce municipal and property standards by-laws
• Respond to complaints and conduct on-site investigations
• Issue tickets and prepare necessary court documentation




• Administer noise, animal control, and site alteration by-laws
• Maintain accurate records and occurrence reports

Requirements:
• College diploma in law, security, or related field
• Minimum one year of enforcement-related experience
• Strong knowledge of municipal and provincial legislation
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
