You will collaborate closely with commodity managers and agronomists, align training with strategies, and provide key agronomic insights to boost sales and market growth. Engagement in local developments is crucial, requiring travel within the territory 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver agronomic training in multiple formats
• Partner with managers for aligned training strategies
• Provide expertise on crop protection and nutrition
• Support sales initiatives with accurate messaging
• Train agronomists on AgZone FIELD best practices
Requirements:
• 6-9 years of progressive agronomy experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture required
• Registration with agrologist institutes needed
• CCA designation is a plus
• Experience in field agronomy preferred
