• Lead discovery sessions to assess business and customer needs

• Support sprint activities and backlog refinement sessions
• Track dependencies and escalate risks to stakeholders

Requirements:
• 6+ years in Business Systems Analysis or similar role
• Strong skills in Agile delivery and backlog management
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and API integration
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Background in Banking or Financial Services preferred
