UAP, membre de la famille NAPA Auto Parts au Canada, recherche un agent service clientèle à Trois-Rivières pour répondre aux appels et courriels, placer et suivre les commandes, et gérer les retours et crédits. Vous travaillerez au Centre Priorite Service et collaborerez avec différents départements à l’interne.
Le poste exige du bilinguisme français/anglais, une bonne maîtrise d'Excel et idéalement un DEC avec une expérience similaire.
