Become a Frontline Supervisor and make a difference in Supportive Housing. Lead a dedicated team to improve the lives of vulnerable community members through effective supervision and support.

In this full time temporary role, you'll oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and ensure a high standard of care for clients. You will be pivotal in fostering communication between locations and your team, while supporting emergency services when needed. Your leadership will create a culture of health and safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the site
• Delegate tasks and evaluate staff performance
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with site staff and emergency services

Requirements:
• Degree or certificate in social services
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Emergency First Aid with CPR Level C certification
• Class 5 Driver's License with clear abstract
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
