Southbridge Care Homes is seeking an RPN for evening shifts from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. In this part time role, you will administer medications, develop care plans, and monitor resident health. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring quality care that aligns with established nursing standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Develop and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Lead and supervise nursing and personal care staff

Requirements:
• Current RPN certification from College of Nurses of Ontario
• Registration eligibility with Registered Practical Nurses Association
