Plan International Canada

Ontario

Reports To: Senior Manager, Media and Public Relations

Status: Current, Permanent, Full-time

What can you expect from joining a leading organization in the global movement to advance children’s rights and equality for girls?
Plan International Canada is the first non‑profit organization to ever be inducted into Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures Hall of Fame by Waterstone Human Capital. Here’s why: together, we have created a climate of trust and inclusivity – where diversity in people, ideas and approaches is not only respected, it’s encouraged.

We remain agile amid an ever‑changing global landscape. Though we continue to evolve, our mission and strategic ambition will not change – and our work has never been so imperative. We will never stop believing in the multiplying power of girls and that every child deserves that right to learn, lead, decide and thrive. Our future success will be founded upon Plan International Canada’s 80+ year history of focusing on our mission, our core values, responding to challenges and seizing opportunities with purpose, relevance and impact.

The Position
As part of the PR, Events and Influencer Engagement team, the PR & Creator Partnerships Manager plays a unique role in shaping how Canadians connect with Plan International Canada’s mission. This role ensures the organization shows up through trusted voices and authentic storytelling, reaching supporters, donors, and partners on platforms they rely on for credibility and connection.

Equal parts strategist, project manager, and relationship‑builder, you’ll bring ambassador, influencer, and content creator partnerships to life, raising awareness with key audiences, inspiring action, and driving fundraising for girls’ equality and children’s rights.

We’re looking for a true ‘people person’ – someone who builds trust effortlessly, thrives on collaboration, and brings experience in public relations, influencer marketing, talent relations or social‑led campaigns.

You’ll take on strategic ownership of Plan International Canada’s Celebrated Ambassador, Influencer and Content Creator portfolio, spot and develop creative opportunities, and juggle moving parts with confidence. You’ll lead relationships from identification and briefing through activation, delivery and reporting. You’ll work closely with your PR and social media colleagues, and join forces across Marketing, Philanthropy, Programs, and Partnerships teams to execute integrated campaigns, events and fundraising initiatives.
