Compensation and Benefits
Starting wages of $21.63/hr
Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
Company Performance Bonuses
Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Building skids, utilising kanban and scanning systems
Loading returnables and Sorting returnables
All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines
Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto's success. Follow work instructions.

Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred -or- successful completion of an aptitude test
You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.

Straight Shift Timing on Afternoon Shift ( 4:30 PM- 1:00 AM ) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.
