Key Responsibilities:
• Design and configure solutions across ServiceNow platform
• Build workflows, applications, and catalog experiences
• Collaborate with Product Owners for effective solution delivery




• Support modernization efforts and technical debt reduction
• Implement AI capabilities and monitor platform performance

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of ServiceNow platform experience
• Strong JavaScript development skills
• Experience with Flow Designer and integrations
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture
• Knowledge of Agile delivery practices
