Cultivate is a tasting room and shop for rare tea, matcha, and ceramics, sourced directly from small producers across China, Taiwan, and Japan since 2014. We are looking for someone to handle the operational side of our shop on Main Street. This is hands-on, physical, repetitive work. You'll always be working alongside another team member.
Restaurant, cafe, or kitchen experience is required
- we need someone who works quickly, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable with pace and repetition. Your day is spent packing teas for retail and wholesale, processing and shipping online orders, labelling, receiving stock, and keeping the back area organized.
