You’ll supervise staff scheduling, monitor patient volumes, and address operational risks while collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Your contributions will ensure patient access and safety while supporting organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide senior operational leadership for the UPCC services
• Monitor patient volumes, wait times, and staffing levels
• Develop contingency plans for staffing and service interruptions




• Supervise UPCC staff and oversee workforce planning
• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director on clinical standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Five years of experience in healthcare operations
• Experience in a high-volume ambulatory setting
• Regulatory compliance and accreditation knowledge
• Proven track record in staff supervision and operational planning
