As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all activities within the maintenance department under the guidance of the Plant Manager. Your leadership will ensure an effective preventive maintenance program and support multiple projects aimed at enhancing asset reliability. Collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams is vital to achieving operational objectives and meeting safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the maintenance team for effective operations
• Ensure continuous safety and compliance for all staff
• Collaborate on equipment purchases to enhance reliability
• Champion and improve the Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Monitor performance using KPI's for preventive maintenance
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years in Maintenance Management
• Maintenance Management Professional certification preferred
• Mechanical Millwright 433A or Industrial Electrician 442A experience beneficial
• Strong project management capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
