We are searching for an Accounting Manager with at least six years of experience in financial management or accounting. The right candidate will manage an accounting team, ensuring invoices are processed, bank transactions reconciled, and financial reports are timely. A strong grasp of labor costing, accounts receivable, and internal financial controls is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate daily recording and reconciliation of bank transactions
• Oversee timely invoicing and HST returns for completed jobs
• Monitor AR collection and manage supplier payments efficiently




• Implement weekly payroll recording and labor cost allocations
• Lead month-end closings, ensuring accuracy in financial statements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s is preferable
• 6+ years of financial management experience
