We have a rewarding opportunity for a Nuclear Sales Manager, Valves to join our Farris team in Brantford, ON!
As our Nuclear Sales Manager, Valves **_,_**
you will manage nuclear sales of products and services in Ontario and other areas in Canada.
You will develop new accounts and maintains current accounts and work on establishing long-term relationships with accounts/clients who sell and service to the Canadia nuclear industry.

Salary: $ 105,100.00 - $145,000.00 per year

Your Challenge: Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings for target accounts.
Manage accounts from discovery through generation of sales revenue and monitors strategic long-term customer relationships.
Participate in sales presentations for accounts.
Coordinate with other departments as necessary to obtain product information.
Participate in planning and policy development issues.
Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and promote sales.
Coordinate liaison between accounts department and other sales related units.
Ensure the effective use of the sales accountability program throughout the territory.
Define, document, implement, and support continual sales process improvement.
Maintain appropriate records and documentation; tracks, monitors, and reports sales data.
What You Bring: Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree preferred
7+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of experience selling technical products
Supervisory experience required
Familiarity with CSA Z299 and NV quality requirements for nuclear products is preferred.
Proven success in closing complex B2B sales and managing long-cycle opportunities.
Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
Problem solving, planning and organizational skills
Strong project management skills - ability to prioritize tasks, work to timelines
