Job Title: Forklift Operator (Counterbalance)
Available Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Burlington, ON.
Rate of Pay: $20.00/hour

We're hiring skilled Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a warehouse position in Burlington. This is an immediate opening for candidates who are confident communicators and perform well in a high-energy, fast-moving setting.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, organize, and stack pallets
- Load and unload shipments from trailers efficiently
- Utilize RF scanning equipment for order picking and inventory management
- Assist with general warehouse operations, including lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Support additional warehouse tasks and duties as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent, practical counterbalance forklift experience
- Valid forklift certification, either in-house or from a recognized third-party provider
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Knowledge of RF scanning systems is considered an asset
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able and willing to successfully complete a criminal background check before employment
