Job Description: At Assured Automotive , we have been providing quality workmanship on every collision repair for over 30 years.

The Production Assistant supports the General Manager by ensuring materials necessary to perform a repair are available to technicians, including parts.
The Production Assistant also participates in the final repair plan meetings, morning and afternoon huddles.
The Production Assistant works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.
Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
Oversee major disassembly for repair planning and movement of damaged vehicles to the disassembly area
Verify all parts are received and stored in the appropriate location
Communicate with team if there are any changes to the repair plan
Ensure all equipment is operating properly
Move vehicles in and out of shop to ensure efficient floor space for production
Facilitate communication between the techs and front office
Assure all stalls are routinely cleared of damaged parts and dirt
Ensure consistent execution of tasks by adhering to high standards of quality and productivity.
This commitment directly impacts the shop's efficiency and helps maintain a positive NPS (Net Promoter Score) by delivering high-quality, detailed work.
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Basic knowledge of the repair process
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Other Requirements
Travel, physical requirements, etc.
Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift in excess of 50lbs
Valid driver's license required

Compensation Details: Compensation:
$21 - $24 per hour
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
