As an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor, you will report to the Superintendent, guiding maintenance execution activities within the mining environment. Your expertise in project management and team leadership will ensure productive operations while minimizing risks. Contribute to BHP’s sustainable future within one of Canada’s largest potash projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe execution of trades and contractor work
• Drive business improvement via performance metrics
• Plan and execute maintenance work orders
• Manage resource mobilization for shutdown activities
• Assess risks and make informed decisions
Requirements:
• Saskatchewan Journeyperson in Electrical or Instrumentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
• Red Seal Certification essential
• Proven team management experience
• Experience in the potash mining industry is an asset
