Job Responsibilities

Source and sell parts and accessories to existing and prospective customers through exceptional service.

Generate quotes and complete orders as per customer requests.

Assist customers post sale with any warranty and/or service needs.

Answer and make sales calls as needed.

Load and unload parts deliveries.

Check load related documents to ensure shipments are complete and accurate.

Maintain retail sales floor to meet dealership standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Take a pro-active approach to inventory control by assisting and/or reporting discrepancies.

Skills And Qualifications

2-3 years previous experience in a parts position

A high degree of product knowledge

The right mind set, customer service skills, and detail orientation are key to this role.





Must be a team player with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and fellow co-workers.

Knowledge of Agriculture and Equipment would be an asset.

Must possess good written and strong verbal communication skills.

Proficient in using computers and word processing/spreadsheet software.

Able to work flexible and extended hours when needed.

Wage Range

$50,000-$58,000 per year

Placement within the wage range is based on skills, experience and qualifications

Applicants with more or less experience and qualifications may be placed outside the salary range
