Project Manager, Choosing Wisely & Health Researach
18-month Contract Full time (maternity leave replacement)
Anticipated Start Date: October 2026
The Bilingual Project Manager, Choosing Wisely & Health Research (PM-CW&HR;) is responsible for managing the Choosing Wisely program for New Brunswick and a portfolio of health research partnerships at ResearchNB. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Priorities, the PM-CW&HR; will support the coordination of Choosing Wisely New Brunswick (CWNB), serving as a liaison between the provincial organization, local champions in the health sector and the National organization. The PM-CW&HR; is also responsible for coordinating business development activities, contributing to science communication, and supporting knowledge mobilization for health research in New Brunswick.

Working with the CWNB Steering Committee,serveas a liaison between the provincial organization, local champions in the health sector and the National organization. Liaise with Choosing Wisely STARS students.
Provide operational support to the CW Regional Steering Committee. Convene andfacilitateSteering Committee and Working Group meetings.
Provide reports to Unity Health and funding organizationsbiannually. Provide budgetary/finance support if/asrequiredandin keeping withall reporting requirements.
Attending Regional and National Choosing Wisely Canada (CWC) meetings. Support CWNB website and newsletter.
ResearchNB Health Research Support
Collaborate with health system stakeholdersonimplementation of strategic initiatives, such asthe New Brunswick HealthSystemResearch Agendaand theAtlantic Precision Medicine Initiative.
Contribute toengagement activities with key stakeholders across the New Brunswicklife sciencesecosystem to support strategic initiatives and build value propositions for future business development activities.
Prepare research, analytical, and policy reports on health researchopportunity areasfor New Brunswick.
Support science communicationand knowledge mobilization by collaborating oncommunicationsmaterials,preparingpolicy briefings,developingeducation &trainingmaterials;, andcontributing toResearchNBevents that share health research findings with key audiences in New Brunswick.
Key Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in a research related field (health research preferred)
Proficiency in English and French (written and oral) is required
Direct experience and knowledge of health systems, research, or a related industry would be considered an asset.
Ability to understand and apply common data analysis methods and procedures.
Demonstrated writing experience (e.g. reports, articles for peer-reviewed publication, briefing notes).
Foundational understanding of project management and facilitation methodologies.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to foster collaborative partnerships that span traditional boundaries within a health care setting.
Ability to deliver impactful presentations and represent the organization at events including experience preparing and presenting to clinical, public, and academic audiences.

Le gestionnaire de projet de Choisir avec soin et recherche sante (GP-CAS&RS;) est responsable de la gestion du programme Choisir avec soin pour le Nouveau-Brunswick ainsi que d'un portefeuille de partenariats en recherche en santé chez ResearchNB. Relevant du directeur des priorités stratégiques, le GP-CAS&RS; soutiendra la coordination de Choisir avec soin Nouveau-Brunswick (CWNB), servant de liaison entre l'organisation provinciale, les champions locaux du secteur de la santé et l'organisation nationale. Le GP-CAS&RS; est également responsable de la coordination des activités de développement des affaires, de la contribution à la communication scientifique et du soutien à la mobilisation des connaissances pour la recherche en santé au Nouveau-Brunswick.

En collaboration avec le comité directeur du CWNB, il agit comme liaison entre l'organisation provinciale, les champions locaux du secteur de la santé et l'organisation nationale. Collaborer avec les élèves de Choisir avec soin ESPOIRS.
Fournir un soutien opérationnel au comité directeur régional de CW. Convoquer et animer les réunions du Comité directeur et du Groupe de travail.
Fournir des rapports à Unity Health et aux organismes de financement deux fois par année. Fournir un soutien budgétaire/financier si nécessaire et conformément à toutes les exigences de rapport.
Assister aux réunions régionales et nationales de Choisir avec soin le Canada (CWC).Soutenez le site web et l'infolettre CWNB.
Soutien à la recherche en santé de ResearchNB
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes du système de santé pour la mise en œuvre d'initiatives stratégiques, telles que Plan de recherche sur les systèmes et services de santé du N.-B. et l'Initiative de médecine de précision de l'Atlantique.
Contribuer aux activités d'engagement avec les parties prenantes clés de l'écosystème des sciences de la vie du Nouveau-Brunswick afin de soutenir des initiatives stratégiques et de développer des propositions de valeur pour les futures activités de développement des affaires.
Préparer des rapports de recherche, d'analyse et de politiques sur les domaines d'opportunité de recherche en santé pour le Nouveau-Brunswick.
Soutenir la communication scientifique et la mobilisation des connaissances en collaborant sur les supports de communication, en préparant des notes d'information politiques,



en développant des supports éducatifs et de formation, et en contribuant aux événements ResearchNB qui partagent les résultats de la recherche en santé avec des publics clés au Nouveau-Brunswick.
Qualifications clés
2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un domaine lié à la recherche (recherche en santé préférée)
Une maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et oral) est requise.
Une expérience directe et une connaissance des systèmes de santé, de la recherche ou d'un secteur connexe seraient considérés comme un atout.
Capacité à comprendre et à appliquer les méthodes et procédures courantes d'analyse de données.
Expérience démontrée en rédaction (par exemple, rapports, articles pour publication évaluée par des pairs, notes d'information).
Compréhension fondamentale de la gestion de projet et des méthodologies de facilitation.
Compétences interpersonnelles démontrées pour favoriser des partenariats collaboratifs qui franchissent les frontières traditionnelles dans un cadre de soins de santé.
Capacité à faire des présentations percutantes et à représenter l'organisation lors d'événements, notamment grâce à une expérience de préparation et de présentation devant des auditoires cliniques, universitaires et grand public
