In this position, you will oversee loading operations and optimize supply chain logistics. Key responsibilities include operating the Terminal Management System, maintaining loading rack information, generating Bills of lading, and analyzing loading plans. You will collaborate closely with the Petroleum Distribution team under the supervision of the Transportation Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain Terminal Management System
• Manage data related to loading racks and products
• Generate and process truck and rail Bills of lading
• Analyze and forecast loading plans for efficiency
• Conduct driver orientation and training

Requirements:
• High school diploma plus business course
• Six months of data entry experience or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy and results-oriented
• Eligible for CITT Level I certification
