Previous experience working in a medical aesthetics or med spa environment is required for this role.

This is not just a front desk role. This is a clinic management and operations role for someone who wants to become a key part of Impact's continued growth. You will be responsible for helping lead the clinic each day and ensuring the team, client experience, schedules, sales, follow up, and overall operations are running smoothly and to a high standard.

What You?ll Do

Take ownership of the day to day operation and flow of the clinic

Act as the primary point person for daily clinic operations, staff needs, client concerns, scheduling, and problem solving

Lead the team throughout the day and ensure priorities, responsibilities, and follow ups are completed

Manage multiple clients, providers, schedules, tasks, and priorities while keeping the clinic organized and running efficiently

Help set and maintain the standard for accountability, professionalism, communication, and client care across the clinic





Monitor daily and monthly clinic performance and take initiative when an area requires attention or improvement

Support monthly revenue growth and help keep the team focused on clinic performance goals

Drive bookings, lead conversion, rebooking, memberships, promotions, and treatment plan follow up

Manage and oversee client follow up and ensure new leads are being contacted consistently and effectively

Track key performance metrics including revenue, bookings, lead conversion, rebooking, memberships, follow ups, and client retention

Review clinic performance and identify areas requiring additional attention, follow up, or improvement

Ensure an exceptional, elevated client care experience from the first interaction through treatment and follow up

Support, motivate, and hold team members accountable to clinic standards and expectations

Address day to day operational challenges confidently and make sound decisions to keep the clinic running smoothly

Identify workflow issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency and clinic performance

Oversee inventory, supplies, treatment room flow, clinic presentation, and other operational needs

Maintain strong communication around clinic performance, staffing,



client feedback, operational concerns, and opportunities for growth

Bring forward ideas that increase revenue, improve efficiency, strengthen client retention, and support the continued growth of the clinic

Take initiative in problem solving and confidently make day to day operational decisions when appropriate

Who You Are

You have previous experience working in a medical aesthetics or med spa environment
