In this role, you will partner with Associate Merchants to select and review items while leveraging financial projections for category optimization. Responsibilities include negotiating prices, managing SKU information, and ensuring proper visual representation across marketing mediums. You will also review competitive data to maintain an edge in your assigned categories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Select and negotiate pricing for specialized merchandise
• Manage SKU information and liquidate discontinued items
• Determine visual representation for marketing materials
• Restock and recommend replacement products
• Analyze competitive market data for assigned categories
Requirements:
• BS/BA in a related discipline preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in merchandising
• Solid data analysis and negotiation skills
• General supervision needed with room for mentorship
• Ability to travel less than 10% of the time
