**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
As an Assembler, you build and assemble windows and exterior doors in a quick-paced manufacturing environment that feels similar to indoor construction.

You operate a variety of hand and power tools, read and interpret production orders and drawings, and prepare and inspect materials to ensure each product meets quality and safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
Build and assemble windows and exterior doors according to production orders, drawings, and specifications.

Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks.

Read and interpret production orders, drawings, and work instructions to plan and execute daily tasks.

Prepare materials and components for assembly, ensuring all parts are available and ready for use.

Inspect materials and finished assemblies for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
**Essential Skills**
At least 6 months of experience using hand tools and power tools in an assembly, construction, mechanical, or woodwork environment.

Proficiency in operating common hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, and similar equipment.

Proficiency in operating power tools such as drills, saws, and other powered equipment used in assembly work.

Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

This is a straight day shift with 44 hours of work per week available.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norwich, ON.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Norwich,ON.
