Key Responsibilities: • Provide patient care under supervision of neonatologist • Document admissions, discharges,
and daily progress notes • Attend newborn deliveries regularly • Formulate care plans for neonatal patients • Coordinate care and communicate with families
Requirements: • Eligible for CPSA registration as a PA • Completed recognized Physician Assistant training • Willing to undergo orientation and training • Solid collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams • Commitment to quality improvement initiatives
