Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Security Operations Analyst to join a large financial institution for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extensions.

This role is a net new headcount to support new projects and is a hybrid opportunity requiring the successful candidate to work onsite two days per week, with a preference for candidates who can work from the Scarborough location.

The Security Operations Analyst will provide day-to-day operational support across secrets and certificate management activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating secrets, supporting certificate renewal and automation initiatives, and helping manage the complete certificate lifecycle, including certificate creation, renewal, rotation, and ongoing maintenance.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include working with subject matter experts, managing operational intake requests through Service

Now, scripting and automating repeatable activities, and using Excel to track progress and report on request volumes.

The successful candidate will bring a solid operational mindset, foundational cryptography knowledge, and the communication skills required to collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements
• 1–2+ years of experience supporting secrets management, certificate management, or a combination of both in a day-to-day operational environment
• Hands-on experience creating and managing secrets using Hashi

Corp solutions or a comparable secrets-management platform and/or experience supporting certificate lifecycle management activities, including certificate creation, renewal, rotation, and ongoing maintenance
• Experience developing scripts using Power

Shell or Python to automate operational processes and activities
• Experience working with Service

Now, including managing and tracking operational intake requests
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to track progress, report on operational activities, and create graphs or visualizations demonstrating request volumes
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative and learn from and work closely with subject matter experts
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or an equivalent area of study or experience • Understanding of PCI DSS and NIST standards or frameworks
• Foundational knowledge of REST APIs
