Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily operational support for clinical programs
• Develop policies ensuring compliance with PHIA
• Offer short-term counseling to members and families
• Implement therapeutic interventions for wellbeing
• Coordinate all aspects of the Physician Peer Support Program
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant mental health discipline
• 3-5 years of program coordination experience
• Strong background in counseling and program management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
