As a vital member of the Corporate Services team, you will report to the Treasurer and play a key role in municipal financial services. Your responsibilities will include administering property tax processes, maintaining records, and being the first point of contact for residents and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer property tax billing processes and adjustments
• Maintain records for assessments and pre-authorized payments




• Process tax payments and balance financial subledgers
• Prepare tax certificates for legal and financial entities
• Assist with front counter customer service and invoicing

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or related field
• Experience in municipal taxation or accounting
• Knowledge of financial software, especially ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
