Join the East Hants Sportsplex team as a Ticketed Operator. Contribute to the community by ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining ice plant equipment daily.

This position welcomes those with a 2nd Class Refrigeration Ticket, offering flexible scheduling including part-time and full time options. As a Ticketed Operator, you will manage day-to-day maintenance of the ice rink and facilitate a smooth operation of ice plant equipment. Experience with arena operations is preferred, as well as certifications in WHMIS and CPR/First Aid.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and operate ice rink and its equipment
• Perform daily maintenance tasks at Sportsplex
• Ensure safety protocols for ice plants are followed
• Assist with customer service initiatives
• Manage physical tasks, lifting up to 30lbs

Requirements:
• 2nd Class Refrigeration Ticket required
• Experience in arena or facility operations
• Current WHMIS and CPR/First Aid certifications
• Clean Vulnerable Sector and Child Abuse Registry check
• Valid Driver's License and flexibility in scheduling
