Job Description
Do you enjoy hands-on, detail-oriented, and repetitive work? Join our team as a Production Assembler .
In this role, you will participate in the assembly of precision components used in a variety of technological products. You will work in a clean, organized, and structured setting, following established work methods to produce high-quality assemblies while meeting production targets.
Responsibilities
Assemble precision components such as wires, sensors, connectors, housings, and other small parts according to established work instructions.
Perform various manual assembly operations requiring precision and good manual dexterity.
Carry out soldering and simple connection tasks when required.
Perform visual inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of assembled components.
Identify and report any anomalies, defective parts, or quality issues to the supervisor.
Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and production deadlines.
Maintain a consistent work pace while ensuring a high level of quality.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of production activities.
Desired Profile
High School Diploma (HSD)
or relevant training in assembly, mechanics, or electronics (asset).
Experience in electronic, mechanical, or optical assembly in a production environment (asset).
Experience in manual work requiring precision and attention to detail.
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Enjoy repetitive work and be able to maintain a steady production pace.
Ability to follow procedures and work instructions.
Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
Experience with soldering (asset).
Working Conditions
Clean, quiet, and climate-controlled production environment.
In-house training provided.
Tools and work equipment supplied.
Day schedule, Monday through Friday.
