Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present food according to menu specifications
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards
• Ensure proper food safety and hygiene practices
• Supervise junior culinary team members
• Assist with daily food requisition and inventory control

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a cook
• Relevant food safety certifications, including Food Protected Level I
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
• Physical capability for lifting and standing
