Position: Controls Specialist
Location: Carp, Ontario (On-Site Required)

Compensation: $55,000–$65,000/year based on experience

Kranti Associates Canada Ltd. is a sister company of Kranti Associates Bangladesh Ltd., established in 1989. You will work hands-on at our Carp, Ontario facility, supporting both R&D; and high-value automation projects from concept to commissioning — all under the direct mentorship of a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).

What You’ll Do

Program, test, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems

Assist in programming and integrating industrial and collaborative robots





Configure and test machine vision/camera systems

Integrate sensors and industrial communication systems

Support project execution, documentation, and timelines

Support system commissioning, on-site field service, and client interaction

Grow your technical skills and contribute to a scaling engineering department

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years in the automation industry (co-op and internship experience counts)

Must have Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering disciplines.

Foundational PLC programming experience with a strong desire to advance

Exposure to industrial or collaborative robots, machine vision systems, motion sizing, or gantries is a must.

Field services experience is a strong asset — hands-on installation, troubleshooting, or customer-site service work will set you apart

Organized, accountable, and solution-oriented with the resilience to grow with the company

Must be able to travel from time to time for training and commissioning.

Must be able to work full-time in office in Carp, Ontario (Ottawa west) with options of working from home at times.
