Key Responsibilities:
• Process and validate payroll for multiple legal entities
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and obligations
• Coordinate year-end payroll activities and remittances




• Own payroll journal entries and financial controls
• Lead investigations into payroll discrepancies

Requirements:
• 7 to 10 years of progressive payroll experience
• Accredited payroll compliance professional certification
• Experience processing payroll for 1500-3000 employees
• Solid knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
• Proficiency in payroll systems, especially Dayforce
