As an HSE Advisor reporting to the Director of Health, Safety and Environment, you'll improve HSE performance and foster a culture of safety. Use your expertise to drive change, manage risks, and provide practical solutions. Support incident investigations and implement best practices to promote behavior change in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Report HSE incidents and corrective actions
• Facilitate incident investigations and identify root causes
• Provide feedback on best practices and lessons learned
• Support HSE performance improvement initiatives
• Drive behavioral change for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Degree or certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
• Minimum 5 years in HSE management
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001 standards
• Valid OHS Management Certificate and First Aid/CPR
• Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
