We are looking for someone with solid leadership and problem-solving skills who can effectively supervise production operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support production employees
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Monitor production output and ensure specifications are met
Troubleshoot manufacturing, tooling, and injection moulding issues
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Coach employees and communicate performance expectations
Support and enforce company policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For: Previous supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing
Hands-on knowledge of plastic injection moulding is strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Manufacturing or unionized environment experience is an asset
Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing, and automotive core tools is an asset
