The Opportunity : The Maintenance Technician will contribute and participate in activities related to preventative, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance as well as environmental, health and safety, and other special initiatives.
This is an onsite position located in Calgary, Alberta
What You Will Do
Perform preventative and responsive maintenance
Complete general repairs and support the day-to-day operations of the property
Deliver exceptional resident service by responding promptly to maintenance requests, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with suite turnovers
The role also includes seasonal grounds maintenance, emergency on-call support, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while contributing to a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming community

Who You Are
Key Qualifications
Albert Boilers Safety Association certification
Education: High School Diploma / GED
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Driver’s License and Access to a reliable vehicle
Police Clearance: A criminal verification check is required for employment
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Bonus Qualification
Work experience in commercial / retail building operations is an asset but not a requirement.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize competing demands, and meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results
Thrives in fast-paced environments, works well under pressure, and readily adapts to changing priorities, new ideas, and evolving business needs
