In this critical role, you will lead daily operations at CN, addressing rail grinding and Rail Flaw Detection efforts. With a strong focus on safety management, cost efficiency, and technology implementation, you'll guide a dedicated team. Your experience will ensure that CN maintains high productivity while following safety standards for both employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop grinding and RFD test schedules with a risk-based approach
• Ensure daily rail grinding operations are protected and efficient
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




• Conduct safety audits and implement compliance initiatives
• Coach and mentor team members in achieving their targets

Requirements:
• 7+ years of railroad engineering experience
• 4+ years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency in safety compliance and welding standards
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (asset)
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
