About the Opportunity

This role will be part of the IT team and will work on configuration, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of Workday HCM.

This is a technical role with hands-on experience working on Workday HCM config/dev/implementation/integration/test/deploy.

The role will entail:

50% workday config/changes (using Workday Studio)

10-20% workday support

10-20% building/troubleshooting data/reporting

10-20% working with business stakeholders / communication / understanding requirements

About You

University degree





5+ years’ experience working with Workday HCM hands-on configuration/setup/testing/integration/reporting using Workday Studio

Experience with Workday Modules, Advanced Compensation, Time & Attendance, LMS, Reporting

Good communicationand presentation skills

Ability to commute to Markham office 5 days/week

Experience integrating Workday with SAP (employee data)

Workday certification(s)required

Manufacturing / supply chain industries

Robust team/ people / stakeholder management experience

Salary Range
$110,000 - $120,000/year
