Join Flynn’s Vancouver team as a Construction Safety Specialist. Your expertise will ensure safety standards are met on job sites while providing training and evaluations.

This position serves under the Health and Safety Supervisor in our Vancouver Branch. You'll manage safety evaluations, conduct training sessions, and guide subcontractors on safety protocols. Your proactive attitude will be crucial in implementing changes and overseeing safety programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with safety standards across job sites
- Conduct safety evaluations and documentation
- Identify potential hazards and risks
- Facilitate new worker safety orientations
- Participate in monthly safety committee meetings

Requirements:

- At least 3 years in a relevant construction safety role
- Training in Environmental Health and Safety preferred
- Knowledge of the ICI construction process
- Experience in incident investigation and safety protocols
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
