Avania are Hiring –
Regulatory & Market Access Intern
We are seeking, Medical Device Regulatory Affairs & Quality Intern to join the Advisory team for a six-month placement.

The roles offer hands-on experience supporting medical device consulting projects, client deliverables, and strategic marketing initiatives.

You will work directly with senior consultants to gain practical insight into medical device regulation, quality systems, and the business of consulting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Research
Research emerging medical device companies and consulting opportunities.

Support CRM data entry, client tracking, and outreach efforts.

Content Development
Contribute to creation of medical device regulatory and quality-focused white papers, blogs, and marketing materials.

Conduct medical device literature and regulatory research to support technical writing.

Quality & Regulatory Support
Assist consultants on client work including: Support data organization and report preparation for client deliverables.

Internal Process Support
Help maintain templates and knowledge management tools.

Qualifications
Current Northeastern University Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs students with interest in medical devices.

Robust research, writing, and analytical skills.





Interest in medical device regulation, ISO 13485, FDA QSR/QMSR, and EU MDR/IVDR.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative online tools (Share

Point, Teams, or similar).

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Local to either Boston or Toronto campuses
