As a
**Group Leader**
here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and leading a high-performing team to achieve strategic objectives within the Aerospace sector.

Your leadership will foster innovation and enhance productivity, ensuring that we meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

You will support ISC operations by troubleshooting, testing equipment, maintaining, and reporting any issues.

You will assist in process improvements to ensure smooth functioning and high efficiency.

You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Cambridge, ON location working day shift Monday – Thursday 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

In this role, you will coordinate testing of product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers ON TIME.

You will be responsible for your work area to provide a safe and efficient operation of the area.

You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to handle safety, production and quality improvements.

You will participate in continuous improvement activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Operate, maintain, and repair test control systems according to specifications and safety guidelines.

Testing verification and reporting of devices under test.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to devices under test, including diagnosing problems, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions




Collaborate with cross functional teams to support the implementation of test setups upgrades and modifications
Understanding chemical drawings and test procedures.

Document all maintenance and repair activities, including updating equipment records and preparing reports
Maintaining Test software and provide CI to improve test software
**The Honeywell Aerospace building is a controlled goods program environment.

Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance, CSP security clearance and ACSO.**
**YOU MUST HAVE**

Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Technology, etc.)

Minimum 2 years of experience in an aerospace, defense, space or electronic testing.

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a testing role.

Ability to lift up to 35lbs.

Ability to work at heights.

Must be able to obtain CGP, CSP and ACSO clearances.
**WE VALUE**

Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment

Strong computer skills (Office 365)

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

Follow procedures (SOP's Maps, Drawings, etc.)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail





Proficiency in using technical tools and equipment

Understanding of RF Theory.

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,700 in Cambridge, Ontario.
