We are hiring an Mechanical Assembler for a leading manufacturing and engineering company specializing in industrial mixing equipment and agitation solutions.

This is a hands-on, mechanically focused role suited for someone who enjoys working with tools, equipment, and precision assembly.

This is a temp-to-perm chance offering strong potential for long-term growth with a well-established and reputable organization.

Location: Steeles Ave W & Tobram Rd, Brampton
Pay: $25.00/hour
Shift: Straight Days – Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
What You'll Do
Assemble mechanical components including taper, split, and roller bearings
Perform mechanical seal installations and shaft alignment
Fit and fasten components including bolts and hardware
Carry out drilling and tapping tasks using hydraulic and manual drills
Complete general mechanical assembly duties
Use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers and drills
Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings
Experience working with Metal is preferred
What You Bring
Strong hands-on mechanical experience
Proven practical skills in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Ability to use basic and hydraulic tools safely and effectively
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Nice to Have
Previous experience in equipment assembly or industrial machinery
Leadership or mentoring experience on the shop floor
