Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Production Assemblers for one of North America's leading sensing technologies companies.
This organization builds and tests high-reliability surveillance radar systems used around the world, offering the ability to work on advanced radar technologies, hands-on technical growth, collaboration with multidisciplinary experts, stable engineering-driven workplace, and a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Perform ATP/ATR testing and use schematics to diagnose and repair complex boards
- Complete electrical and mechanical assembly work
- Conduct environmental and thermal chamber testing
- Support radar calibration and maintain accurate production documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including 5S activities
- Track calibration status for tools and equipment
- Assist with general production tasks as needed

Skills and Requirements
- 1+ years experience in assembly environmeny
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Eligibility for export‑controlled information and Controlled Goods Program certification
- Ability to read and use electronic schematics
- Bilingual English/French - Experience in small or fast‑paced production environments
- Soldering working experience
