We are a family in **St. Boniface, Winnipeg** looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny or babysitter for our **15-month-old daughter**.

This is a **casual, long-term position**, ideal for someone looking for extra hours. We're looking for care **approximately weekly or biweekly**, depending on the month, with occasional daytime, evening, or weekend shifts. Most care will be during the day, with the rare overnight stay if needed.

Our daughter is an excellent sleeper and typically sleeps 12 hours through the night.

Some days will involve caring for our daughter in our home, playing, reading, doing activities, and following her normal routine. Other days, we would love someone who enjoys getting out and exploring with her by taking her to places like the park, zoo, Children's Museum, library, splash pads, or other age-appropriate activities.

A **valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required** for outings. We have an extra car seat available and will reimburse fuel, parking, and admission costs for activities.

Our daughter's meals and snacks will be prepared in advance, so your responsibilities would include serving her meals, cleaning up her dishes afterward, and tidying up after activities.



We keep a clean and organized home and do not expect housekeeping beyond cleaning up after childcare.

We want you to feel comfortable in our home—you are welcome to help yourself to food, snacks, coffee, and drinks while you're here.

**We're looking for someone who:**

- Is 18 years of age or older
- Has experience caring for infants or toddlers
- Holds current CPR/First Aid certification (or is willing to obtain it)
- Has a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Can provide references
- Has (or is willing to obtain) a criminal record check with a vulnerable sector search

**Compensation:** Starting at **$20/hour**, depending on experience and qualifications.
