We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented part-time housekeeper/house manager for two homes: a 4-bed, 4-bath townhouse in Kitsilano (2 residents) and a 1-bed office, 2-bath condo at UBC (1 resident).

Schedule:

- 10–20 hours/week versatile (weekday) in Kitsilano
- 3–4 hours on weekends at UBC (when owner is in town)

Responsibilities

Full housekeeping (cleaning, tidying, maintaining high standards)
Laundry, ironing, and occasional mending
Light pet care (friendly goldendoodle, occasional walks)
Deck and container garden upkeep (planting, weeding, seasonal care)
Errands (groceries, supplies, deliveries)
Occasional meal prep
Home organization, supply management, and coordinating maintenance

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ housekeeping experience or similar (references required)




Driver’s license
Non-smoker
Comfortable with dogs
Physically fit (multi-level home with stairs)
Strong English communication
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
Preference for candidates living on west side of Vancouver
Discretion and respect for privacy are essential.
