- Receiving returned product samples from customers.
- Placing returned boxes in the correct sections in the sample room.
- Responding to emails.
- Taking pictures of returned products.
- Writing up physical GRNs (Valuable Receiving Notifications).
Skills:
- Computer capabilities: Able to use a computer and be taught how to navigate through company systems/processes.
- Communication skills: Ability to answer emails, speak with customer service representatives, etc.
- Ability to write down information and input it into the computer along with photographs of the product.
