JOB TYPE: Permanent full time

SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Spoken French and English essential and written French or English

JOB SUMMARY:The incumbent coordinates and maintains operating room schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

- High school diploma plus an additional administrative support course or program of six months to one year, or the equivalent, which includes keyboard entry;
- Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit);
- One (1) year of related work experience is required;
- Knowledge with Microsoft 365 and of other software programs currently used within the Network;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Physical ability to perform the assigned work;




- Good work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
