Licensed Electrician

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour (based on experience). Journeyperson rate shown; apprentice rates scale with level.

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday

Your trade leads the day: electrical calls are yours. But at Welldone, every technician also works on HVAC equipment, and there is a lot of it. No HVAC experience? We will train you - that is the expectation, and the opportunity to add a second skill set.

Position Overview:

- Run electrical service calls: troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial and light industrial buildings.
- Diagnose electrical issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Perform routine inspections and modify existing installations on renovation and retrofit projects.
- Install new systems and carry out retrofits in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance under year-round service contracts with established commercial accounts.
- Deliver professional,



high-quality customer service and complete accurate service documentation.

Job Qualifications:

- Journeyperson Electrician certificate preferred (Red Seal welcome) - registered apprentices are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in commercial/industrial electrical service.
- Willingness to learn and work on HVAC equipment - no prior HVAC experience needed, we train you.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
