Journeyperson Plumber

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour (based on experience). Potential annual earnings $100K+. Journeyperson rate shown; apprentice rates scale with level.

Your trade leads the day - plumbing and gas calls are yours. But at Welldone, every technician also works on HVAC equipment, and there is a lot of it. No HVAC experience? We will train you - that is the expectation, and the opportunity to add a second skill set.

Position Overview:

- Run plumbing and gas service calls: install, repair, maintain, and test commercial and light industrial plumbing and gas systems.
- Diagnose plumbing and gas-related issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Perform routine inspections and modify existing installations on renovation and retrofit projects.
- Install new systems and carry out retrofits in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance under year-round service contracts with established commercial accounts.
- Deliver professional,



high-quality customer service and complete accurate service documentation.

Job Qualifications:
- Certified Journeyperson Plumber and/or licensed General Gasfitter preferred (Red Seal welcome) - registered apprentices are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience on commercial and light industrial plumbing projects.
- Willingness to learn and work on HVAC equipment - no prior HVAC experience needed, we train you.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
